§ The Prime MinisterBoth Her Majesty's Government and the United States Government have, of course, put forward proposals for ending tests as part of a disarmament agreement. The United States Government have not put forward in the Disarmament Sub-Committee a proposal on the lines suggested by the hon. Member.
