§ The Prime MinisterI assume that the right hon. Gentlemen are referring to the talks which I have asked my right hon. Friends the Chancellor of the Exchequer and the Minister of Labour to hold with representatives of industry. These talks are for the purpose of consulting the representatives of industry on whether an independent body might help to throw light on all the different aspects of price stability and on the need for greater productivity to earn a higher standard of living.
125WAs regards redundancy arising from defence cuts, there are already ample opportunities for representatives of industry to bring their views to the attention of Ministers.
