§ 72. Mr. Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland to make a statement on the prospect of industrial development in the new town of Glenrothes.
§ Mr. MaclayLight industries already established in Glenrothes provide employment for some 3,000 people, and there are plans for expansion. The Milk Marketing Board has recently arranged to build a small factory for the manufacture of milk products, and negotiations for the introduction of other new industry are in progress.
