Mr. AmoryI have received the Report and it will be published tomorrow. I am glad of this opportunity of expressing my indebtedness to Professor Seaborne Davies and the members of his Committee for their thorough inquiry. I intend to obtain the views of the various organisations and interests concerned before reaching any decisions on the Committee's recommendations.
