Mr. Knox Cunninghamasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation whether an official invitation has now been received from the Belgian Government for Her Majesty's Government to take part in an international conference to consider the 1955 draft Convention relating to the limitation of liability of sea-going vessels and what is the date of such conference.
§ Mr. WatkinsonHer Majesty's Embassy in Brussels has been officially informed by the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs that the Belgian Govern-208W ment intend to organise a conference in October of this year. The formal invitations have, however, not yet been issued.
