§ Mr. Russellasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation if he is aware that the almost continuous stream of traffic along the Watford by-pass makes it difficult for drivers of vehicles on the Aldenham—Bushey road to cross the bypass in peak hours and on Sundays; and if he will take steps to have a traffic light installed at this junction.
§ Mr. WatkinsonI am aware of conditions at this junction and the Hertfordshire County Council, as my agents, has been asked to prepare a scheme for the provision of a roundabout. It is hoped to put the works in hand in the coming financial year.
