§ 135. Mr. Pageasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty when he expects to receive and publish a report of the survey by H.M.S. "Owen" of the possibilities of loading oil tankers by submarine line off the coast of the eastern delta of the River Niger.
Mr. WardThe data collected in this survey by H.M.S. "Owen" are expected to reach the Admiralty on or soon after 18th December, 1956, and will be passed immediately to Shell Tankers Limited, on whose behalf the survey is being undertaken. The firm will decide on the possibilities referred to by my hon. Friend and no question of publication of a report by the Admiralty arises.
