asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will now announce what will be done to implement the Report of the Interdepartmental Committee on Slaughterhouses.

I have not yet reached decisions on the Committee's recommendations.

Mr. Dodds

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in view of the urgent need for a policy on slaughterhouses, if he will make a statement following his consideration of the recommendations of the Inter-Departmental Committee and comments on those recommendations by the interests concerned.
