§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterThe answer to the first part of the Question is that I have accepted the London County Council's views on the initial layout of this scheme. As regards the second part, the layout east of Hammersmith Bridge Road will be such that it could be further improved in due course, including the provision of a viaduct for through traffic, should conditions warrant it.
