56. Mr. Sorensen

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he has now received the further report on the police investigations in Kenya in respect of action prejudicial to the surrender offer; and, in view of the new emergency regulations dealing with any such attempted prejudicial action, what charge will be brought against those who attempted to thwart the Government's intention and actions before the making of the new regulations.
