asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation if he will now place a copy of the Survey Report on British Canals in the Library.

116. Mr. Ede

asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation whether he will now arrange for a copy of the Rusholme Committee's Report to be placed in the Library; and what further negotiations he has had with the Transport Commission with a view to accelerating the publishing of the Report.

Mr. Boyd-Carpenter

The British Transport Commission intends to publish this Report, which is now being printed. The Commission informs me that it will be glad to supply a copy of the Report to any hon. Member who will let them know that he would like one.
