§ Mr. J. StuartI share my hon. Friend's deep concern. The extent of the losses will not be known until the farmers have been able to gather and count their sheep after the thaw. We shall then be in a position to review the problem as a whole and consider how best help can be given in individual cases where serious losses have been suffered.
