§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterThe Road Research Laboratory has recently been taking measurements of the flow of traffic at Hyde Park Corner in connection with proposals for an enlarged roundabout, which have been prepared by the L.C.C. These figures are now being studied by the various experts concerned in this project.
