§ Mr. GammansThis is a matter for negotiation between the B.B.C. and the I.T.A.; my noble Friend understands that they have not yet reached final conclusions and that discussions are still proceeding. It will in any case be necessary for the I.T.A. to start with a temporary station in London, which will be at Croydon.
