§ Mr. Beresford Craddockasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what financial aid has now been received by Tanganyika from the Trusteeship Council of the United Nations.
§ Mr. Lennox-Boyd, pursuant to his reply to a supplementary question [OFFICIAL REPORT, 9th March, 1955; Vol. 538, c. 422], supplied the following information
The total value of technical assistance projects operated by United Nations Agencies for the benefit of Tanganyika up to the end of 1954 was about £26,000; a further £30,000 being planned for 1955.
