HC Deb 04 November 1954 vol 532 c69W
67. Mr. Malcolm MacPherson

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in reaching a decision in connection with horrific comics, he will bear in mind the desirability that any action taken should cover the whole country, instead of separate action being necessary for Scotland on the one hand and for England and Wales on the other; and if he will consult with the Secretary of State for Scotland to that end.
