§ Mr. J. StuartThe Government's general policy for agriculture is laid down in the White Paper on the Annual Review, 1954 (Cmd. 9104), and my hon. Friend the Joint Under-Secretary of State reviewed the Scottish position in the recent debate on agriculture in the Scottish Grand Committee. There is nothing I can usefully add at the present time.
