§ Mr. Peter Freemanasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will publish a table showing a list of all Colonial Territories indicating those where the humane killing of animals is compulsory and showing whether for horses, cattle, sheep and pigs, separately and, where it is not compulsory, what steps he is taking to make it so.
