§ Mr. F. Macleanasked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance why, in view of the official notification made by his Department to Mr. W. J.Dickinson, 9, Beaumont Street, Skerton, Lancaster, on 11th September last, that he would be granted a 100 per cent. disability pension for life, such a pension has not, in fact, been granted.
§ Mr. TurtonBecause the life assessment made by a medical board was subsequently varied by the medical appeal tribunal to which the case was referred under Section 39 (3) of the Act to an assessment for a limited period ending 11th December, 1954.
