§ Mr. GammansClearing the whole of Band III for television will involve moving the Salford Corporation's ambulance service and other mobile services, and all these, when required to move, will be assigned new frequencies. The corporation was warned, when its licence was issued, that it might be necessary at a later date for a change to be made in the frequencies allotted. I regret that the Government cannot undertake to bear the cost of such changes.
