§ 45. Sir A. Braithwaiteasked the hon. Member for Woolwich, West, as Chairman of the Kitchen Committee, why, when it has been previously announced that a three-line Whip is to be issued and all Members have to be present, the Kitchen refuses to provide the food needed after 9.30 p.m., when it is known that there is insufficient accommodation particularly in the Strangers Room to permit Members and their guests to have their food before this time; and what action he proposes to take to remedy this situation.
