§ 35. Mr. M. Lindsayasked the Secretary of State for War why majors and above are ineligible to receive the award of the Military Cross, when officers of equivalent rank in the Royal Navy and the Royal Air Force are eligible for the equivalent decorations of the Distinguished Service Cross and the Distinguished Flying Cross, respectively; and whether he will take steps to remove this anomaly.
