§ 101. Mr. Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department why he refuses to agree that in all cases of police-taken evidence against persons charged with capital punishment crimes, in addition to written evidence, proper verbal recorded evidence should be kept for future reference and as a means of checking the authenticity of evidence that is later disputed.
