asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what representations he has made to the United States authorities about the obligation now imposed upon British air travellers leaving Canada by the airport of Montreal, but who have previously passed in transit through Honolulu, to fill in a clearance form for submission to the United States authorities.
