§ Mr. NuttingI have nothing to add at present to the answer given by my right hon. and learned Friend to my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Lewes (Major Beamish) on 13th July, in which he said that Her Majesty's Government cannot at present undertake this commitment in view of the financial position of the country.
