asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make post-war credits transferable by sale and purchase.

Lieut-Commander Hutchison

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will give consideration to incorporating in his next Budget provisions allowing for the repayment of post-war credits to the heirs or executors of persons who have died before reaching the age at which repayment is normally made.

This and other suggestions for the payment of post-war credits will be considered when I am framing my Budget proposals, but I cannot, of course, say what the result of this consideration will be.
