§ Mr. Remnantasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what authorities and bodies are consulted before his approval is given in county development plans to areas for housing and other purposes.
§ Mr. H. MacmillanIn the course of preparing their development plans, planning authorities consult all Government Departments concerned, local authorities, statutory undertakers, trade associations; and any other interests which might be affected. Following submission of the plan to me, it is open to anyone to object to any of its provisions and, if necesary, I arrange for a public local inquiry. All interested Government Departments are also consulted.
