HC Deb 17 March 1953 vol 512 c190W
Colonel Harrison

asked the Minister of Pensions on what date, and for what reasons, war disability pensioners with double amputations below the knee were deprived of invalid tricycles.

Mr. Amory

There has been no change in the arrangements whereby such pensioners may be supplied with motor tricycles if their walking ability is seriously restricted and they need a machine to obtain or retain employment.
