Mr. Brockwayasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he is aware that the Eastern House of Assembly in Nigeria has passed a vote of no confidence in six Ministers who had previously resigned and subsequently withdrawn their resignations; that these Ministers have refused to vacate office; and what action he proposes to take to end the deadlock in the business of the Assembly which has consequently occurred.
