§ 74. Mr. Bowlesasked the Minister of Education to state her reasons for revoking the compulsory purchase order in regard to the Alderman Smith County School Site, Nuneaton, which was confirmed by her on 29th May last.
§ Miss HorsbrughMy Order confirming the compulsory purchase order was revoked because it had been made in the mistaken belief that the owner's objection to the purchase of his land could be treated as withdrawn. The effect of revoking my Order is that the compulsory purchase order is again before me for consideration exactly as before.
