asked the Minister of National Insurance whether he can now make a statement of the action he proposes to take on the report of the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council on Pneumoconiosis.

Mr. Peake

Yes. The report of the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council is being published today as a Command Paper. I shall be referring to the Council drafts of the Regulations required to give effect to their recommendations as soon as possible.
