§ Sir D. Maxwell FyfeI have not yet made an order confirming the proposals of the Warwickshire Magistrates' Courts Committee, but have announced my intention of doing so shortly. The question whether a local inquiry should be held is one for my discretion, and after full consideration of the objections submitted to me I decided that it was not necessary to hold one in this instance.
