§ Sir D. Maxwell FyfeYes. Civil Defence Industrial Bulletin No. 2 has been printed and is in process of distribution to those concerned. The Bulletin contains guidance about the formation of the Industrial Civil Defence Service and its relationship with the Civil Defence Corps, with particular regard to the ways in which the two services will work together during operations. Copies of the Bulletin are available in the Vote Office.
