§ 99. Mr. N. Macphersonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many condemned houses requisitioned under Defence Regulations and due to be evacuated by 15th May, 1953, are still occupied by local authority tenants.
§ Mr. J. StuartNo special record is kept of the number of condemned houses held on requisition. A sample inquiry covering six local authorities shows that of 188 houses held by them on requisition at 30th June last. 74 were condemned.
