§ 101. Mr. Bullardasked the Minister of Pensions whether he will reconsider the application of Mrs. H. Bailey, of 21, Orchard Place, Swaffham, Norfolk, for a war widow's pension, in view of the fact that her late husband was in receipt of a 60 per cent. disability pension for a chest wound, accepted as due to war service.
Mr. AmoryI have decided to obtain the opinion of an independent medical expert as to whether Mr. Bailey's death was connected with his war wound or otherwise with his service. Mrs. Bailey is, I am glad to say, in receipt of a widow's pension under the National Insurance Act.
