§ Mr. GammansOn a preliminary assessment only seven farmers in Ross and Cromarty come within the scope of the self-help scheme. I am sorry that because of heavy pressure of work in the Aberdeen area we have not yet been able to approach them individually. Of the farmers in the other crofter counties who are eligible, two have so far agreed to take advantage of the scheme.
