§ 62. Sir J. Crowderasked the Assistant Postmaster-General if he will make arrangements for the telephones in the House of Commons to be disinfected at regular intervals.
§ Mr. GammansAll telephones in the House of Commons are cleaned regularly—in particular, those in Post Office call boxes are wiped every day with a cloth damped with disinfectant. I am informed, however, by my medical advisers that, strictly speaking, disinfection is not necessary on telephone instruments.
