§ 114. Mr. Grimondasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation the amount of the extra grants for Highland roads under his revised policy; for what years they will operate; how far they will be in addition to normal grants and to special grants, respectively, as already announced by this Government and the last; for what classes of road they will be available; and if local authorities will have to pay their share of schemes approved for such grants.
