§ Mr. G. M. Thomsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland the rates of incidence and the death rates for multiple sclerosis in Scotland for the years 1938 to 1952.
§ Mr. J. StuartMultiple sclerosis is not a notifiable disease, and I regret there is no statistical information about its incidence. The death rate has been returned as 3 per 100,000 of the population for each year from 1938 to 1952, except in 1943 when it was returned as 4 per 100,000.
