§ Miss HorsbrughIn January, 1952, the latest date for which information is available, there were in maintained and assisted primary and secondary schools in Newport, Monmouthshire, 90 classes with between 41 and 50 children on the rolls, and two classes of 51 children. There was none with more than 60 children.
