asked the Minister of Works whether his attention has been drawn to the danger caused by the highly-polished floor in the Committee Room corridor; and whether he will consider providing a safer surface.

My Ministry has recently supplied the Serjeant at Arms with a new type of non-slip polish, which should reduce the risk of skidding.
