§ 40. Mr. Lewisasked the Minister of Works if he is aware that pictorial postcards are being sold at 9d. each by his Department's salesmen at Carisbrooke Castle and that similar postcards are on sale outside the Castle grounds for 4d. each; and if he will explain the reasons for his overcharging.
