I have had another look at these artists and I propose to concentrate on the most important work waiting to be done on Crown property and only in most exceptional circumstances to undertake work on a repayment basis for non-Government bodies or private individuals. The immediate reduction in staff will be two artists, both of whom are over 70 years of age.
