§ Mr. J. StuartThirty-two houses, of which 20 are temporary houses, have been built in Old Meldrum since 1946. For Ballater, Ellon and Rosehearty, with similar populations, the figures are 16, 47 and 62. The estimated needs, however, vary considerably and I doubt whether comparison can usefully be made.
