§ Mr. MarplesThe aim is to provide employment for the female labour available in the district and any male labour not employed in the coal mining industry. Schools are a matter for my right hon. Friend the Minister of Education and she informs my right hon. Friend that two school projects have been included in the local education authority's current building programme.
