§ 96. Mr. Swinglerasked the Minister of Education her latest estimate of the total number of school places provided by new building since the end of the war; and if she is satisfied that her original estimate of 1,150,000 will be reached by the end of 1953.
§ Miss HorsbrughThe number of school places provided by new building since the end of the war up to 1st October last was 823,000. I see no reason to doubt that by the end of 1953 a total of 1,150,000 will have been reached.
