126. Mr. Shurmer

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he is aware of the distress caused by the working of Section 13 of the Rent Restriction (Amendment) Act, 1933, which is causing numerous evictions as a result of this succession Section; and if he will consider the introduction of legislation to extend protection from one succeeding tenancy to two or more.
