asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies, what proposals were put up by the Africans of Northern Rhodesia at the Victoria Falls Conference; and to what extent discussion took place regarding the practical implementation of a partnership in political affairs between Africans and Europeans.

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will assure the House that any action taken towards the political integration of the Central African territories will only be taken in agreement with African as well as European opinion.
