asked the Under-Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations whether His Majesty's Government has been able to assure the delegation of 11 representatives from Basutoland on a visit to this country that their country will not be handed over to be administered by another country, even if that country is a member of the British Commonwealth of Nations.
