§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterI assume that the Question refers to the Committee on the Organisation, Structure and Remuneration of the Works Group of Professional Civil Servants, of which Sir Thomas Gardiner was Chairman. The Committee reported on 1st August, 1951. Copies of the Report are available either from H.M. Stationery Office, by whom it was published on 18th September, or to hon. Members in the usual way.
